We know plans can change, so we try to keep things simple and fair.
- More than 14 days before arrival
- 100% refund.
- 7–14 days before arrival
- 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before arrival
- Non-refundable.
If we are able to rebook your dates after a cancellation, we'll always do our best to help with a refund or credit.
